Building Light Rail
Light rail construction in the U.S. entered a new phase in the 1980’s. The systems in Portland, Seattle, San Diego and Sacramento have all benefitted from a relationship with Peyser Associates. He has helped shepherd through the federal approval and funding process eight Full Funding Grant Agreements that have brought more than $ 4 billion in federal funds to the construction of new transit lines.
